Counselor/Case Manager

Provide an array of services to help individuals and families cope with complicated situations in the most effective way possible, thereby achieving a better quality of life, required to attend team meetings, collaborate with other organizations on new, innovative, and evidence based strategies, advocate for clients in court, screen potential clients for intake, facilitate support groups, administrative work including data collection for every client interaction. help clients to identify their goals, needs, and resources.

Maintenance

Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of our facility, maintain lawn, landscaping, clear debris, maintain driveways, parking lots, and walkways for safe conditions, perform minor repairs, painting, assist in the loading and unloading of supplies, equipment, and/or merchandise, maintain, service, clean, and properly store equipment. May require additional duties as needed. Reports to Executive Director. Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Administrative Assistant

Answer incoming telephone calls, use basic computer skills, well organized, work well independently and with others, organize and maintain files and records, plan and schedule meetings and appointments, prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations, and provide overall quality customer service. Reports to Executive Director. Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Security Guard

Maintain a secure environment for all residents and associates within the building and community grounds, greet visitors while monitoring the inside and outside of building, lock hallway doors at designated time(s), check the security of doors regularly throughout the night, minor maintenance emergencies, handle residents questions and any emergency situations that may arise. Reports to Executive Director. Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Nurse

Assumes overall responsibility for patients/families, including assessing, planning, implementing, re-evaluating and revising care as necessary. Obtain data on physical, psychological, social and spiritual factors that may influence patient/family health status, and incorporate that data into the plan of care. Maintain up-to-date patient records so that challenges, plans, actions and goals are accurately and clearly stated and changes are reflected as they occur. Initiate and sustain, as needed, the implementation of orders for medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician in the physician’s plan of care. Teach primary caregivers, volunteers, and employed caregivers on appropriate care, prepare written instructions for the staff, demonstrate familiarity with policies of the company, and state and federal regulations pertaining to nursing services.

Kitchen Staff

As a member of our kitchen staff, you will work in a team-oriented, friendly, and structured environment delivering an exceptional dining experience to the residents of The Butterfly Home. The responsibilities of our kitchen staff may include but are not limited to: washing dishes, emptying trash, cleaning, stocking supplies, communicating low product levels and product quality issues, preparing food, following recipes, ensuring proper food presentation, ensuring food quality, and food handling.
